Transportation in the Danxia Tourist Area

Transportation in the Danxia Tourist Area is based primarily on Danxia Tourist Bus Terminal and then on through buses travelling in the Chishui area.

1. Chishui City –Danxia Tourist Area

Chishui City—The Great Waterfall:The Chishui Great Waterfall in the Danxia Tourist Area is 31  km or about 40 minutes’ drive away from Chishui City. Pass by Fuxing  Town and Swallow Rock.

Chishui City—The Great Waterfall:The Chishui Great Waterfall in the Danxia Tourist Area is 39  km or about 45 minutes’ drive away from Chishui City. Pass by Datong Ancient Town and Red Rock Valley.

Chishui City—The Swallow Rock :The Swallow Rock in the Danxia Tourist Area is 24 km or about 30 minutes’ drive away from Chishui City.

Chishui City—The Buddha Light Rock :The Buddha Light Rock in the Danxia Tourist Area is 44 km or about 45 minutes’ drive away from Chishui City, and is 6 km away from Yuanhou Exit of Zunyi-Chishui Expressway.

  The Swallow Rock and the Great Waterfall are on the same route. The Swallow Rock will be passed when travelling from Chishui City to the Great Waterfall.

Buses:

To go to the Great Waterfall and the Swallow Rock, you can take the bus to Lianghekou, and the bus passes the Swallow Rock; the last stop is the Great Chishui Waterfall. You can also take the bus from Chishui to Panlong, and the bus passes the Swallow Rock and the Chishui Great Waterfall.

To go to the Buddha Light Rock, you can take the bus to Yuanhou or Tucheng, and the bus passes the Buddha Light Rock.
